There are few lessons on how to live instinctively and human beings are by far, the least instinctive species on this planet. After spending the majority of my life learning how to become more instinctive I can see the benefits it brings. In order to share the these lessons, I have written ‘The Happiness Warrior.’
I have found that life becomes a struggle and it can be difficult to cope when we live against the flow of life. This happens when the ego rules the majority of reactions instead of allowing our Inner Truth to guide us. The content of this book will help to realign one with the Divine, Instinctive-Self.
Your Instinctive or Spiritual-Self is the opposite to your egoic Self. Your Spiritual-Self is the part that thrives on the enjoyment of life and encourages creativity. It is caring, loving, forgiving, and allows insight into the bigger picture rather than the problem solving antics of the egoic Self.
Living in Western Civilization supplies us with an abundance of useless information, which often results in getting caught up in a confusing information overload cycle. All of the information we are surrounded by has a habit of distancing us from our Inner Peace. Scientifically, Inner Peace is not defined, instead it is a feeling from within, something that we all must relate to on an individual basis.
Science also has difficulty defining the feeling of ‘Love’, but we all know that Love exists. Within the book you will find various options on learning how to appreciate the little pleasures in life and encourages you to look for the silver lining in every circumstance.
The book contains definitions of some of the many barriers Western Civilization has placed in our path to finding spiritual enlightenment.
