Step 1: Please select a location from the following choices:

Customer Venue Choice. This will be a choice of your venue. This may be your home or a meeting place that you feel comfortable in. For venue’s outside of Wiltshire, there will be additional travel charges. Please provide an address in the ‘Description’ box
Internet Call. A link will be provided and you will need to have a registered zoom account. This can be done for free by clicking here. If you would prefer a telephone call, please provide a telephone number
Chippenham Office. This is located in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The full address will be provided upon booking conformation.

Step 2: Please select which type of service you would like to book an appointment for.

Step 3: Please select the date on the calendar and then the time on that date (Listed as UK GMT).

Step 4: Please provide a contact e-mail address and a name. (Phone number and Description are optional.)
